DR. JOHN P. MILHAM, B.S., D.C. - FOUNDER AND CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. John P. Milham, B.S., D.C. is the founder and clinical director of the state-of-the-art facility, Capital Region Integrative Health. As one of the premier specialists of non-invasive therapeutic care in Upstate New York, Dr. Milham brings his expertise directly to patients in the Capital District and beyond. Patients also travel from hours away to undergo his revolutionary treatment programs, focusing on the utilization of the most effective non-invasive technological advances in rehabilitation and exercise as well as cutting edge functional nutrition and wellness approaches. Dr. Milham is passionate about staying abreast of the latest scientific advances to help his patients get to the “root cause(s)” of some chronic conditions, thus helping them live fuller, happier, active lives.

While treating patients for more than 25 years, Dr. Milham has administered hundreds of thousands of treatment procedures. Sought out by professional organizations for his clinical expertise, Dr. Milham has lectured to public and private groups in occupational settings and has been interviewed on radio and newspaper publications.

Dr. Milham served as associate doctor and clinical director at two full spectrum therapy clinics in the Cincinnati, Ohio area before going on to own his own clinic in the area and serve as clinical director and clinician. In practice, he has had the privilege of treating many patients, from small babies to seniors and competitive professional athletes. After moving back to the Capital Region to raise his children closer to family, Dr. Milham opened his current practice in the Capital Region in 2007, bringing an advanced treatment approach to the Upstate New York region.

Dr. Milham is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the state boards of New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. He has received national awards and recognition for clinical practice, as well as patient education and communication. He consistently expands his post-graduate education and knowledge in clinical practice to stay on the cutting edge in helping his patients especially those suffering from chronic health conditions that are significantly impacting patients' ability to live a healthy active lifestyle, such as chronic pain conditions as well as chronic health/wellness issues.
